What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, you may return eligible items purchased on Titan Shop within 30 days from delivery for a refund of your product purchase price. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective and covered under warranty. Please see our RETURN POLICY for more information.
Are any purchases final sale?
Clearance and discontinued items are final sale and cannot be returned. These items will be clearly marked as non-returnable within the product listing.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase. All packages are shipped Ground in the United States and Canada.
